To Whomever it May Concern,
Loria Dean of Deans REO Trashouts is a contractor with our company and currently performs property preservation services for our HUD account, which includes initial clean out, debris removal and lawn services, routine maintenance and repair work.
They have worked for my company for over a year and have a wealth of experience. Any job that is sent to them is always done professionally and correctly. They are very reliable and always have work orders completed in a timely fashion, which is of utmost importance in this time-sensitive field.
One of the things that I think makes this operation run efficiently, is her staff. Crew members are always prepared and able to address last minute property issues that may arise in this unpredictable field.

I liked the way deansreotrashouts cleaned the house I was renting. It was done just as if I would have done it myself. I had some light electrical work that needed to be done and the gentlman done it right on the spot. Thank you again, I will call deansreotrashouts when I rent somewhere again!!!
